Washington Crossing Historic Park

Washington Crossing Historic Park, River Road, Washington Crossing, PA, USA

About

This 500-acre park marks the actual spot where George Washington and his troops crossed the Delaware River on Christmas night in 1776. Kids can walk the same trails his army took, tour the original Johnson Ferry House, and check out a short film in the visitor center about the crossing. Free to walk the grounds, with paid tours of the historic buildings, and dogs on leash are welcome.
