A free, working research aquarium tucked into Pier 40 on the Hudson River that most New Yorkers don't know exists. The tanks are filled directly with live Hudson River water, so the fish inside... striped bass, seahorses, oyster toadfish, blue crabs, are actual wild animals caught nearby and later released back into the river.
