A free Amish farm visit where kids can pet and feed miniature horses, pygmy goats, alpacas, and chickens, then add on a saddle or cart ride for $7 per child. No appointment needed for rides.  Lancaster Kids suggests this is best for ages 4 and up for rides and to keep a close eye on little ones fingers around the horses mouths. The on-site country store has handmade Amish goods, baked treats, and homemade root beer. Note: saddle rides have a 70 lb weight limit, cart rides do not.
