Stratton actually feels like a proper ski village, which makes a big difference if you’re staying overnight.  You ski during the day, then step right into a walkable base with food, shops, and places to hang out without piling back into the car. The terrain and lessons work well for families, and snow tubing gives kids an easy win when they’re done with skis.
