Freeport’s Sparkle Celebration is a charming, small-town holiday festival with events spread across ten days. Starting the celebrations with the Sparkle Parade of Lights down Main Street, the beloved Talking Christmas Tree, free kids’ activities, carolers, pop-up shopping, giveaways from the Stealth Elf, and plenty of treats and food trucks around town. It runs December 5-14, and most events are free, so you can pop in for an evening or make a whole day of it.
