Smugglers’ Notch is one of those all-in-one Vermont resorts where the kids can ski, swim, climb, and basically live their best vacation life without you needing to shuttle them anywhere. Everything is walkable, the family programs are actually good, and the condo setups make it easy to spread out and breathe a little. It’s the kind of place that works whether you want a winter ski week or a low-key summer mountain trip. TLJ Tip: If you're going in winter, request a condo in the Village so you can duck into the FunZone or grab food fast... it saves a surprising amount of back-and-forth with tired kids.
