Part of Smith Playground, this park has a concrete skate bowl and street course next to a paved pump track, an asphalt loop with rolling bumps built for bikes and scooters to ride without pedaling. There's also a splash pad, a regular playground, basketball courts, and a soccer field on the same grounds. It's free and city-managed, open daily
