Royal Mountain Ski Area is a very local-feeling hill that’s best for true beginners and families who want repetition, not variety.  The runs are short and familiar, lessons are a big part of the experience, and night skiing makes it easy to squeeze in turns after school or work.  This is a practice mountain, not a destination... and that’s exactly the point.
