A small museum inside the last working stone-ground mustard mill in North America. You can see vintage equipment, learn about mustard’s role in the sardine industry, and browse the shop for samples. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged. Open Monday to Saturday, typically 10 am to 5 pm. Best for ages 8+ who like offbeat stops with a dash of industrial history.
