Pico Mountain is a quieter alternative to Killington that works well for families who want solid skiing without the crowds.  The terrain leans more intermediate, but lessons make it approachable, and the tubing park gives kids a break from skis without leaving the mountain. It feels calm, ski-focused, and much less hectic than its bigger neighbor.
