About
A granite lighthouse standing a mile offshore, built in 1860 after the original was washed away in a storm. It sits on a ledge that's only exposed a couple hours a day at low tide, so at high tide the tower looks like it's rising straight out of open water. You can't actually get out to it, just view it from the beach or catch it from a passing boat tour.
