About

Lowell National Historic Park is an outdoor and indoor history stop where families explore restored textile mills, canals, and boardinghouses from the Industrial Revolution.  Kids can watch giant looms at work, ride a seasonal canal boat, and get a feel for what mill life was like.  Free to visit most exhibits (small fee for boat tours), plan a couple of hours... best for school-age kids who like interactive history.
