Portsmouth’s Illuminated Holiday Parade brings the Snowflakes & Sparkles theme downtown with glowing floats, lights, and a festive tree lighting to kick things off. The tree lighting starts at 5:30 pm in Market Square, followed by the parade at 6 pm, running from Islington & Summer Streets through Congress Street and Pleasant Street before ending at State and Pleasant.
