A surreal little waterfall in Orchard Park, NY, with a real flame flickering behind the water... thanks to a natural gas pocket in the rock. The 1.2-mile out-and-back trail takes about 30–45 minutes, with stairs, creek crossings, and plenty of mud after rain. Free to visit and open year-round, though the falls are most impressive in spring. Best for ages 6+ who don’t mind getting a little dirty for a weird and worth-it payoff.
