Wellsboro’s Dickens of a Christmas turns Main Street and the surrounding blocks into a Victorian-style market with 125+ vendors, street performers, choruses, and costumed characters. The festival runs Saturday, December 6, 2025, starting at 9 am, with the entire downtown closed to traffic so families can freely explore food stalls, crafts, indoor markets, and live performances. Shuttle parking from Wellsboro High School and Wellsboro Plaza. The day ends with a Peace Walk at 5 pm and the community tree lighting and carol sing on The Green at 5:30 pm.
