Free guided tours begin when the building opens at 9:15 am... no tickets required, tours run every 30 minutes and last about 15–20 min. The first floor is wheelchair/stroller accessible; expect to pass through the same security area used for Independence Hall (bring small bags to move faster). Best to visit in the morning before crowds grow.
