A legendary hole-in-the-wall burger counter hidden behind a red velvet curtain in the lobby of the Thompson Central Park hotel in Midtown.  There's just a small neon burger sign to tip you off. Inside it's all graffiti-covered walls, vinyl booths, and one of the best straightforward burgers in the city.  The menu is simple on purpose and the whole experience, from finding it to ordering at the counter, is genuinely fun for kids.
