About
Seventeen historic buildings along the St. John River, telling the story of the Acadian families who settled in Maine's St. John Valley after being exiled from Nova Scotia in the 1750s. You'll walk through actual 19th-century homes, a schoolhouse, and a blacksmith shop, some moved here from around the region and some built on site to fill out the story.
